各位

I am pleased to invite you to the up coming 2nd Haining International Inline Skating Festival 2011, 4/10/2011 to 7/10/2011. I hope you could support the event by mean of sending your team to participant in the event. The gesture is deeply appreciated.
２０１１年１０月４日～７日に開催します第２回Haining国際インラインスケートフェスティバル２０１１にご招待いたします。
各チームへの参加募集の連絡をしていただけますようおねがいいたします。

All accommodations will be provided to all skaters and delegates during the official competition dates. The local organiser will arrange pick up at both Shanghai, Pundong and Hangzhou International Airport at only certain timing. Due to irregular arriving timing from participating countries, the organiser will arrange
2 to 3 trips for pick up. The exact timing for the pick up shall further inform.
大会期間中の選手・役員の宿泊を準備いたします。また、現地組織委員会にて上海、Pundong,　Hangzhou国際空港でのピックアップを準備いたします。
もしピックアップ時間と異なる時間に到着する場合は別途ピックアップを準備いたします。

I have attached the WIC and WSX registration form. Please return the form by latest on the 9/10/2011. The local organiser shall not held any responsibility for late submission.
